Night walk: For those who wish to observe wonders hidden in the forest after the dark, we offer guided nights hikes. The tour begins just before nightfall, allowing us to see a wide variety of nocturnal critters. |
Day walk: During the day on trails, you can see birds, mammals, and luscious vegetation . You can also admire beautiful panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean as well as a majestic waterfall. |
Trapiche: Visit the Trapiche (sugar cane mill), a Costa Rican family-run project. Two hour guided tours on their farm yu’ll see how sugar cane is processed to make sugar, learn about the natural history surrounding sugar cane, and a\have a chance to taste its various products. During the tour you can learn something about coffee and banana plants, and other crops. |

Santuario Ecologico: Trails, beautiful scenery and impressive biodiversity, have for a long time identified the area of the Santuario Ecologico. Since it is a biological passway it offers an excellent opportunity to the visitors to see a big quantity of mammal species and birds of the zone. |
The Bat Jungle: The Bat Jungle, opened in March 2006, offer a guided walk into the world of bats, which includes a variety of still-life exhibits, as well as a close up view of the behavior of live tropical bats from the Monteverde area. |
The frog pond: Over 28 species of frogs and toads and you will find many species that are unique to the tropics of Costa Rica such as the colorful Poison Dart Frogs and the famous Red Eyed Tree Frog. |
